Better to Conceal

Being hurt doesn't matter

Being controlled constantly is the norm

People don't notice how you shatter

Overhearing the other girls cruel chatter

In your mind their whispers brew a strom

Being hurt doesn't matter

Dreams fall to tatters

Armies spewing hate and brutality swarm

People don't notice how you shatter

As your mind bursts, all the memories scatter

But you have to remain in your "okay" form

Being hurt doesn't matter

What would it be like to for once, flatter

Yourself, what would it be like to for once feel secure and warm?

Being hurt doesn't matter

Deal with it. It won't change. Better to just accept the fact that people won't notice how you shatter
