Bullies and Betrayal
You can run,
But you can't hide,
From the wrongs you've done to others over time.
Which face will you wear?
The one that lies,
Or the one that cares?
No one knows untill you open your mouth,
But I see what you're all about.
Hurting people you think is vulnerable,
But I don't think that's tolerable.
You will reap what you have sown,
If evil is what you plant,
Evil is what you grow.
And what do you plan to harvest?
Pain and suffering?
What have you accomplished?
You think you're better than everyone else,
But one day you will look around and no one will be left,
But you, then who will you turn to?
The backstabbing you have done has now turned on you.
And who will listen to your cries?
No one, they figure they are just more lies.
Like all the ones you,ve told in the past,
To use people to get one last laugh.
But it's not funny, now is it,
When you are the one on the laughing end of it?
Maybe you should watch what you say,
And try not to hurt people in that way.
These words can come back to haunt you someday,
And now you are cold and alone,
And you just lost your home,
And no one is coming to your rescue,
Especially after all the things you put them through.
After all you have done,
Be thankful for God's love.
He is the one that can set you free,
Without His forgiveness, where will you be?
If he can forgive you, then maybe I can,
But I'm not as forgiving as HIs hand.
You've done me wrong once but you won't do it twice.
Next time you better pray for his light.
Cause that's all you will have once I take flight.
When I am done and you're alone,
Who will pull you from the cold?\
Yourself, HA!
That's what you believe.
What strength have you gained from greed?
Nothing, from what I can see,
What you give is what you recieve,
Lots of tears and misery.
Who's shoulder will you cry on,
When everyone is gone?
Yo laugh at people around you,
Shocked when people desert you,
When you're locked underground,
And no one's around,
Who will hand you the key?
