Bullies Left & Right

The bullies come from the left and the right.

I know i’m there final target.

Next comes their venomous words.

Like bullet holes.

They make their mark,

till I’m left dying inside.

Nowhere to run or hide,

I fall into the black.

Hurting & broken,

worthless.

Heartless.

Bitch.

Creep.

Skank.

Whore.

Slut.

Your not worth it,

strikes like a lightning bolt.

I’ve heard it all,

however, there words still cut like a knife.

They come back for more,

till I’m left crying.

Afraid to let my guard down,

afraid to let my walls crumble.

I slowly stop eating.

I stop smiling completely.

The enemies not done yet,

till they rip me and tear me apart.

The enemy finally leaves,

smiling victoriously.

Numb.

Hurt.

Broken.

Empty inside.

I go home,

pretend nothing’s wrong.

Go to my room,

cry myself to sleep.

Another day,

another scar.
