bullies (what to do about them)

Almost everyone has that one time in school when they are bullied by someone else. Thinking to themselves why are they bothing me what did i do to them? Honestly nobody likes to be bullied but it happens to most of us and that causes problems. why can't we all just get along and treat eachother decently. If you or someone you know is being bullied find a little bit of courage to stand up and show that you are tired of it. In many cases like a few of my friends saying something and standing up for yourself helps the situation. once bullies start to see you stand up in many cases they will back down and leave you alone. when my friend would get down becuase she was bullied i would sing an old song called lean on me to her and she felt comfortable and better knowing that i was there for her and that i was always going to be there regardless. no matter if the person bullying her was a friend of mine or one of my teammates i was going to be there and i will stand up for her if she didn't have the strength or courage to do so herself. once the weight is lifted off their shoulder they will feel much better and she will be stronger. we all need to take a stand to stop bullying or at least bring the amount of kids being bullied down.
