I am here watching this. The lunch room, all the people, the one kid, no one knows. He was once me. Surrounded calling for help without uttering a sound. See the pain. Invisible daggers fly, each knocking him down with every throw. So close to floor but won't fall completely. Begging to fall on cold yet so inviting ground. They swarm like sharks in the ocean when they smell blood. Can't get out. The objects in view. Pull the trigger or the alarm. Resisting all the interrogators. Staying mute to their questions and promises. Look up to the sky. Forgive me god. I am dif…Bam. Screams fills the space followed by Panic! Except the boy. Who lies in a puddle, Lifeless and stiff. He's gone, forever. Life will always be missing his presence. I was there while it happened. I made a difference.
