Changing Life
A night has left
A day has come
My life in agony has again begun
Another day of torture
Another day of shame
Walking into places, them shouting my name
Pointing, Laughing, Telling, Screaming
Am I even dreaming?
No, I'm not it's my life I'm seeing
i knew I wasn't perfect
I knew I wasn't right
I knew that in us there was no chance to reunite
All for one and one for all was the way to be
For them it's all of them except for me
I cry myself to sleep in the arms of my mother
She tells me "Everything will be alright one way or another"
I don't even understand what's the hurry
No one craes about me, no one even worries
It is 1-2-3 strikes you're out what we are playing for!
Why am I not out if I'm already at 24?!
That's why I give up, I can't take it anymore!
I sit at the corner of my bed
Wondering "Am I better off alive or dead?"
It's a game like life but at this point it's life and death
I chose what was right and what I thought could have been best
I had no answers and I knew I had failed the test
I focused on me and forgot about the rest
I was important no matter what they thought of me
I was proud of what God brought me out to be.
The mirror asked me, "What do you think about your outside?"
I told it, "That's not what matters, what matters is the inside"
I don't understand what's the difference between them and I
We all have a heart, a soul, and a midn
I thank God for always being there at my side
Because he is the true hero, my real hero & guide
Because of him in many occasions I have survived
And now I finally to my decision have arrived.
I would fight for what I'm living for and what I want to be
Because I'm human like the rest of you and I have the right to dream.
Amen
