You say that I'm not good enough

because I don't wear my hair in perfect curls

You say I'm not good enough

because I don't wear pretty lipstick and faulse lashes

You say I'm not good enough

because i have a face full of piercings

You say I'm not good enough because my hair isn't natural

You say I'm not good enough

because i don't wear the latest trends

You say I'm not good enough

because I wear ripped up jeans and band T-shirts and

my eye makeup is too black, like a raccoon

You say I'm not good enough

because I don't match societies standers of beautiful and "normal

You think I'm not good enough

because I'm different

and proud to be

Simply because I'm not like you

the one who judges others on their appeirents and lifestyle

I'm proud to be different because that makes me, me

Incomplete_storyline

I'm just another kid who's trying to figure out who I am. Poetry is one of my ways of expressing myself. I love any form of art. Art is my passion and it defines my personality.I use art as a form of release. Releasing emotions, thoughts, things that have happened in my past, everything. This is how i cope, whenever I'm writing or drawing, I completely lose track of what's happening around me and it's peaceful.
