Do You Hear Me?

We as people have a voice. We as people make the choice. We speak, we sign, we can bust a rhyme, but are you really listening? It is one thing to speak, but it's another to be heard. Listen to a song, do you pay attention to a word? People are calling. People are falling. Waiting to see that hand to help them up. Waiting for the ear that will listen to what is up. We've all once been bullied We all know it hurts It's time to do more than just speak. It's time to listen to those who feel weak. In order to prevent bullying we gotta find where we stand. See who stands with us. And together we can be that hand. The hand that helps up others. The ear to hear their voice. We the people together can make this a new choice.
