Empty Burden

How lonely can one person feel? How much more empty can my chest and heart become? I'm wondering if I've made a mistake, leaving her I'm questioning whether she was my last shot at happiness I'm contemplating...the cessation of my existence We all know I'm a coward, too afraid to do it Or dramatic, just looking for attention But...I've never felt so lonely in my life I'm broken, just like I always thought I was. I can't bear the thought of being alone And now that the notion has been forced upon me, I don't even know what to do with myself I'm such a fucking burden I was so alright in the beginning. What happened to her? How was she so happy, so relieved? Why is she now so broken down all she can do is yearn and cry and yearn? I thought that constantly surrounding myself with friends would make me feel better but all it's done is make me feel alone Make me feel needy Make me feel irrelevant and wrong and disgusting God I hate myself so much
