Getting Better

Stuck in the dark, so bland and dry.
Tired of remarks, so full of lies.
Shutting it out, yet in it seeps.
Without a doubt, too many emotions to keep.
Sighting the selfless beacon, that dares to hope.
Darkness weakens, helping you cope.
Thanking the beacon, that dares to care.
Darkness weakens, dissipating in air.
Farewell the beacon, that dares to shine.
Air begins to sweeten, like cypress vine.
