Here

I was shocked.

I was weak, lost confused.

I was once an open book, now I am locked.

I was vulnerable, broken and used.

I believed in everything, including you.

I was foolish, completely unaware,

I spent all my time being over there.

Now I am strong,

determined and brave.

I am bold, my fears are gone,

I don't need to be saved.

I am confident, independent,

forgiving of what you did,

because I know you never meant it.

I am finally happy, it has all become clear,

I have finally reached it, I am finally here.
