I am like a raven

I am like a raven

Unsure of your haven

having thorns of a rose

loving hateful prose

You are the pirate

Face ultraviolet

Telling me I should stay silent

swift like a knife

arrow so true

Do I feel to much for you?

But I'm most like a ring

Get lost when I sing

Wishing for wings

Would I then feel free?

My dresses and jeans depress you

You say they unimpress you

I'm told to wax and shave

But I call you knave

Are you just jealous

As I feel zealous?

Swift like a knife

Arrow so true

Am I not good enough for you?
