I am unloved and unwanted

I am unloved and unwanted

I wonder if I will ever be accepted

I hear the voices in my head

I see them laughing at me

I want to be accepted

I am unloved and unwanted

I pretend it will all be okay

I feel the pain will never go away

I touch the scars that I hide

I worry about it all

I cry about everything

I am unloved and unwanted

I understand that it could get better

I say someday it will

I dream that I will find the light

I try to have faith in the future

I hope I can be happy

I am unloved and unwanted
