Inner Walls

Walls,

I've built so many.

Around my mind,

My own city.

None can hurt me,

Inside my walls.

None can reach me,

Nor make me fall.

The pain I keep,

Locked away.

None to see,

Nor to display.

The pain is large,

It's getting heavy.

The tears are forming,

But I'm not ready.
