Inside
Pen over paper
Hands that hover
And a mind muddled
It is a hard fight
A sudden thought
A thought of yourself
A sight of your life and a feeling of strife
You see yourself trapped
You can find no escape
You are inside managing all you can take
You’ve been called names
You’ve been bullied by lies
You’ve looked in a mirror and let out some cries
How do you cope with the troubles within?
How do you live and continue to strive?
How do you get all these problems outside?
Pen to paper
Hands that type
And a mind that is free
It will roam where it might
