Let The Colors Go

Never understood

No she never has

Not like them

Maybe a different plan

Stuck in a bubble

Suffocating and falling

Her hands clamy

Her knees weak

Why don't they let her

Let her live

She is something beautiful

But a puppy in a cage

Seeing her dreams pass

Tears drop

Is this the end

Maybe a way

There is a way out

No more gray

Brightness is coming

Where though?

Its her

Colors coming forth

There it has been

Trapped inside her

All along

All she will ever need

Is to believe in herself

Let the colors go.
