Lost

Lost.

You’re lost.
You think you have it so rough.
You’re lost.
You use your past as an excuse to sell drugs.
You’re lost.
But everyone else deals with crap, brother.
You’re just one of the ones who takes it out on others.
You’re lost.
You kick a kid down in hallway.
You’re lost.
Just cuz he looked at you funny.
Well now he’s lost.
He really did have it rough.
He’s lost.
You made it worse by tryin to be tough.
He’s lost.
He already wanted to be dead.
But you’re the one that made him put a bullet through his head.
He’s lost.
He’s gone from his family and his friends.
He’s lost.
Because you made wounds that he couldn’t mend.
He’s lost.
His blood is on YOUR hand.
And every other stupid f**ker you called a friend.
All the ones that knocked him down with you and laughed.
I hope you feel guilty, but hey, to you it’s just the past.
And you’re still lost.

Bang goes the gun, there goes the life. All the sorrow deep inside from the pain and strife.
All boiled up by your brutish ways, because you view the world through a selfish haze.
With a gun or a butcher knife, he’s taken himself to the afterlife.
He felt like he was lost in an empty maze, but any happiness he had you chose to raze.

You’re lost
You sit and corrode in your guilt.
You’re lost
Sitting behind those walls that you’ve built
You’re lost.
Well it’s gonna catch up with you
And someone’s gonna get fed up with you.
I myself am about up to here!
With all you bring. All this pain and fear!
You’re lost.
The pain of death spreads like fire
You’re lost
And it stings worse than barbed wire.
You’re lost
Guilt escalates like stairs that move.
You’re lost
Till you knew you had to get out of that school.
You’re lost.
You couldn’t stand seeing those that were hurt
Just because you didn’t think before you were a jerk.
Well now you’re doing coke off the floor
You left cuz you can’t live with yourself anymore.
And you’re even more lost.
