Lost Little Kitty

Such a beautiful face.

Now sad and twisted

And so out of place.

All on her own.

You cast her out into the night.

Hungry and cold she roams.

Why did you give her such a fright?

All on her own.

She mews in the dark

Searching for answers

Lonely and living on benches in the park.

All on her own.

On a lit porch she lay;

The door opens behind her

Two little girls find her and say:

" Lost little kitty, you'll have a great day!"

No longer all on her own.
