Memories

Each day goes by, but I can’t move with it My mind is stunned, filled with thoughts of you Why did you fall into that dreadful pit? I can’t move on, no matter what I do. She was always laughed at by her peers. They told her, “You can’t do anything.” Their hurtful words never escaped her ears. They should have known the pain that it would bring. Our times were spent with her sobbing black tears. How she wished that one day it would all end. Who knew the answer to her greatest fears Was the one that time couldn’t ever mend? As I’m sitting here all the while I am still haunted by your dying smile.
