Mimicry

Look Around They're all the same They dress alike They act alike All the Groups They're all different Yet they're all the same Is it from peer pressure? Or just wanting to be liked? Its all mimicry People mimic one another Instead of creating their own person They lie to get ahead Its true We all do We all mimic one another Is it because we are scared of what people might think of us? The real us? or are we just incapable of being our own person?

A poem I wrote not too long ago, decided to use it for a scholarship :)
