Most Kids Her Age

She is a people pleaser Though most kids her age aren't pleased with her She is the best friend anyone could have Though most kids her age don't want to be hers She is a golden ray of sweet sunshine Though most kids her age block her out She is beautiful inside her heart Though most kids her age look for outer beauty She is lonely inside her mind And many kids her age caused that She is tired of this life And many kids her age are tired of her She is tearless on the outside And many kids her age didn't see those tears She is always crying inside And many kids her age don't care for those tears But she still comes to that place everyday For the few kids that do care After a day of unremitting bullies She turns around, then smiles Because she sees those few kids And suddenly the bullies disappear And her best friends greet her warmly Because many kids her age do not And those few kids make all the difference

I have no problem offering my advice as it sees fit, nor do I on Comment as I deem necessary. Anytime there's anything, you can hit my e-mail: [email protected] I don't mind giving it out if I can help someone.

Thank you for your comment. When I was in middle school, I had only five friends. All of them were bullied as was I. They kept me going though and I fought for them against the bullies. We were a group of misfits but to each other we were all the same, bullied kids. So thank you TAZ. Your comment means a lot.

This truly is a deep poem. It is the utter outpouring of the heart's contents. I express my sympathy for the girl in question. Keep living your life, there WILL be people who don't care, but all I can tell you is to focus on the good people and hope for a better day.
