My Intrusive Thoughts
My mind runs wild and is very chaotic
It is very dark and also very exotic
This leads to some uncertain foundations
Packed in different boxes arranged in collections
My mind spits out thoughts like it's dictation
Hello, can you hear me?
My thoughts running in my head rent free
I was unable to see
That my mind once free now chaotic like a raging sea
I try to close my eyes, count from one to ten
But suddenly I feel like I've been trapped in a den
I'm alone again with my intrusive thoughts
They bang like sticks being struck against pots
They stain my mind with dark black spots, spots that connect my thoughts like dots
Causing me to overthink until my brain rots
I wish I could wash away my pain
Like cleaning the dirty window panes
To stop overthinking like I'm insane
I'm back again in my room
With intrusive thoughts that cause my doom
I say hello to my friend
My intrusive thoughts that never cease to end
