My mind,what is your name?
The further I descend, the harder my escape becomes
My cries for help fail, becoming gradually more faint
They begin to go unnoticed
More people chalk this endless agony up to a passing phase
But,I know it is much more
This agonizing, anxiety driven person I have become
Will control me forever
Unless my rescuing salvation arrives
My mind will reside in this state of confliction
Pain,Fear,Worry,Anxiety,Stress,Deteriorating Self Esteem
For 3 years my minds been helplessly trapped in this world
I am incapable of explaining, and others are unable to relate
All these years,I've been restrained by confusion
Not knowing the name of my struggle
All of a sudden I've become aware
I break down in tears
This agonizing,anxiety driven,worrisome struggle
Finally has a name...
I knew it was coming
And when it came,it knocked me to my knees
Depression
It has finally overtaken
