Never give up.

Why should I try? What good would it do? I'll never be good enough, for any of you. I'm a waste of space, a waste of time, trapped in invisible walls, like a depressed mime. No good samaritan, and not one good friend, helps me when I'm down, when will this pain end? The long silver blade, is now in my hand, this pain is too much, more than I can stand. Please don't be sad, don't cry for me, because I know that I don't deserve sympathy. "No! Stop!" says a voice in my head, you're making a big mistake, you're not better off dead! Don't listen to them, the bullies don't know you, and the words they say, aren't even true. You're beautiful and wonderful, don't let them tell you different, you may be trying to prove a point, but they don't care if your seat is vacant. Show them the good you can do, beat back the abuse, stand firm in yourself, stand tall in your shoes. This is what they want, for you to give in, stand up and be confident, wipe off their grin". I dropped the knife, I fell to my knees, I've never felt like this, I was almost at peace. I made up my mind, I won't give up, I won't be depressed, because I've had enough. I will be like a phoenix, and rise from my ashes, I will be reborn, and say goodbye to my bruises. They tried to tear me down, they thought it would work, but I'm happy now, and they've just sunk back in the woodwork.
