No One Saves Them Because No One Cares

Bright

fleeting

wings and leaves

feathers and skin

shed amongst bisque grass

Slithering reptiles creep

scampering all flee

in a tide of squeals and screaming

Shouts echo in the lonely woodland

No one saves creatures that are below them.
