Nothing

You can't be hungry; there are people in the world with no food. You aren't depressed; someone out there just lost a loved one. You can't have PTSD; you aren't in the military. You don't have anxiety, you're just stressed. You aren't gay, you're just confused. You don't have bad grades, someone has all F's. You don't have a bad life, someone has it worse. To compare one to another is saying your life does not matter if someone is worse. If someone has life worse; than you mean nothing. Nothing.
