Noticing Silence
I am blind to those who cannot see,
Or do not care to see.
I am silent to those who are deaf.
But, when I speak,
I am mocked and made fun of.
Why do they do this?
To someone so desolate.
Are they hurt?
Feeling the pain way down deep?
My pain, my sorrows.
Their life of lies and betrayal.
Not knowing the pain they cause.
Not knowing or just not caring.
Why are they so cruel,
To all those different?
