Obsolete

You only write once

Well I think that's a lie

For writing is eternal

It will never say goodbye

My life has been a mess

Lots of stress

I'm almost done with high school

And that's my final test

I could say your words don't hurt me

But it really wouldn't be true

Because the last thing that got to me

Was being reminded of you

You told me that I couldn't

Yet I finally proved I could

You told me that I shouldn't

But they told me that I should

So don't worry about me

I'll be doing just fine

I'll see you at the carwash

When I'm waiting in line

And if you really don't like it

Well, then I hope you think of me

When you realize what you've done

I'll be making history

So here's my conclusion

Obsolete absolution

I have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness

So read the constitution
