Passion Stopped

she had a passion for writing.

a passion like no other.

she could write and drift

off into a new world.

her dreams could come alive

and she could live in peace.

but everyone looked past

the meanings and thought

they were stupid so she

stopped.

she stopped doing what

she loved just because

of what others thought.
