Peter

As the fever grows I know its ready Each pierce from the locus Buffs my emotional audacity Puffing steady The sting of each betrayal The wings of every lie Invades with dismay, all Contact consumed by puncture wounds Every mal word almost for telling My beloved tomb Every sight overthrown by infection Sucking up life as we know it They take orders from your tongue What a snake you are What a friend you aren't
