Sadistic Soul


One moment she can be so delicate, but the next it is as if that moment did not even exist, as if

the same blood did not flow through our veins. It’s like a bad dream. I look at her and at times I

can see a tender person, then the bad memories come back. My body stings. Her palms are

red, followed by flowing tears. Both of us crying. I cry because it hurts. Why does she cry? She cannot feel my pain. Does she cry because of what she has become…a sadistic soul

 She apologizes each time. Each time I foolishly forgive her
