Scar-Deep-Star
Every word cuts deep
Leaving irremovable scars
For they were imbedded too deep
Like roots of a tall tree that reaches towards the stars
Acting like the cuts don't come in deep
Is acting like a movie star
On a TV screen that has all sense of reality hidden away deep
You can only look past the hurt so far
Because words cut deep
Leaving painful reminders with scars
That are hidden so deep
They only come out in the night like stars
Which is pain that is hidden extremely deep
Sometimes making it too hard to look past the scars
So some choose to be berried deep
So they can rest with the stars
