Scream

It's just too loud! I hear all the noise above the crowd I hear the voices in and out of my head The wants and needs pulling at my leg Heart pounds, body shakes, sweat drops Eyes closed, head spins, world rocks Goes unnoticed, no one sees, all alone Stops to breathe, nerves calm, the need to scream Insides churn, heart bleeds, not what it seems Smile on my face, body still, no one sees No one knows, no one can tell, what's happening to me? Day ends, new one begins, the need to scream
