The Sea is Calling

Location

I wept with years bleeding.

I cried,

my heart is falling

I dreamt my life was brazen

And woke,

The sea is calling.

I prayed to God, begging.

I wait,

the fates are stalling

I wished to be forgiven

And leapt,

The sea is calling.

I fled the world, escaping.

I won,

the waves now mauling

I kissed a salty haven

And slept,

The sea is calling.
