Self Recovery

Have you ever felt as if your not good enough?

In my life to everyone i was the butt of every joke a human punching bag. To feel uncomfortable in your own skin is an understatement. To feel as if you dont belong anywhere in life. All those days i came home tears running down my face never thinking i would amount to anything being afraid to walk out the door not knowing what obstacles i was going to have to go through that day. Feeling as if the four walls of my room were a safe haven and if i stay in then nothing on the outside could hurt me. But even then my mind attacked its self all the names i was called coming back to attack me full force. My self esteem so low i wanted to cover up everything that would give off a reflection. How could someone come back from being so low thats the best question. How do you know they come back at all?
