Shards

All around this room are glittering fragments of the mirror I threw

Shards as big as my shaking hands

Or as small as a dime

Looking over the pieces they seem so firmilar

It may be that they remind me of the shattered soul and broken spirit that you left behind

But I know that is not true fore you can not break what is already broken

Looking at this mirror

Now as broken as my heart

I see that alone with these shards is my place

Alone and Broken I'll remain
