So Close

I don't how much more I can take.

You're bending me until I break.

You're making me get closer to the ledge.

Soon I'll be falling off the edge.

Hitting the ground.

I will lose all sight and sound.

Do you even realize that you have hurt me?

Or must i scream for you to see.

I should have been cunning,

and just started running.

But I didn't and look at me now.

Being to late, disobiedence you will not allow.

This is all you have left of a life.

So now you cut mine away with a verbal knife.

I must ignore your pounding in my head.

Before I too, am dead.
