so funny i couldn't laugh
they turned us to
papercuts
and gunshot wounds
pain sharp
dull
and bleeding
plasma and mucus clogging our throats
red blood cells dwindling
rapidly
keratin scratching at
plaster and pus walls
the hidden victims
of a joke
