Speak

Speak now or forever hold your peace. Don’t speak unless spoken to. Say what you will, And say what you won’t. Speak out and be heard. Speak out and be ignored. We speak in everyday of our lives, But who is actually listening? Who actually cares? Speak and say what you mean. Speak and say how you feel. Speak and expect that everybody will understand you. Speak and expect that everybody pretends to understand you. Everyday someone tells you to give them the spiel. Everyday someone tells you to keep your opinion to yourself. Every day someone tells you to be no one else, but who? Speak and don’t pretend to be something you’re not. Speak and be you. I speak, but who is listening? I speak about the things I truly believe in. But nobody hears me until they see it happen. I speak, and everybody hears me talking. But, they don’t hear what I’m saying. Speak now or forever hold your peace. Speak, even if you weren’t spoken to. Say what you will. Say what you won’t. Speak.
