Standing Up

The weight of your anger,

Turned on me, a total stranger.

I haven't done wrong,

You just wanted to feel strong.

I see through you,

This isn't something you want to do.

I see the hurt inside,

It isn't something you can hide.

For, as you can see,

You are just like me.

Your bully may not be,

But our oppression is the same.

I have felt it too,

The sadness the shame.

The only way for our cycle to end, is to:

Get.

Back .

Up.
