The story of Kira

There was a girl

who was very afraid of the world

she would cry and not know why

Then one day,

as she was on her way

she realized she did not have to say bye

she grabbed her mind

thoughts floating away

but then she asked them to stay

ink flowed out of the pen

stained the paper blue

now she knew exactly what to do

every word escaped

they walked along the lines

of the paper as if they knew where they

were heading

she no longer felt afraid

she knew she had made

a new friend she would

forever love

this is the story of Kira
