A Stuck Up Life
Tell me what's so wrong
with Chistmas lights in June?
And what's so bad about
sleeping in 'til noon?
Why is a trailer house
seemingly disgraceful?
And why is plastic silveware
boarderline distasteful?
Our standards for our life
are often too far-fetched.
And our upper class people
believe money makes them best.
Why does a bright red tank top
make a girl perceived a slut?
And why are our wardrobes
never quite enough?
So, to all the country folks
sporting hats and cowboy boots,
And to all of the street players
in the back streets shooting hoops,
Those 'fancy' snobbish people
may judge it as they fake it.
Have no shame my friends,
Life is what you make it.
