Surface Deep

When you look at me, what do you see?

Do you see a girl with some old scars

or do you only see someone who bleeds?

At a glance, I may look whole,

but when you dig, you'll find I'm broken!

Being broken doesn't mean less valuable...

it means it'll take longer to see worth.

Is someone gonna fix me - I can only hope.

Putting the pieces back together won't mean that I'm perfect, it means

I'll be healed - healing.

Scracting the surface isn't good enough

Dig, Submerse yourself to finding out who I REALLY am...

It won't be easy but it will be rewarding.

Don't be a mirror

Be a miner, a plunger,

a Truthseeker - nay Truthfinder!
