The Pickles Come From the Pine

All the way to the pine We know every creature needs a pickle And the pickles come from the pine Shove the ones who come And try to sing us wrong “You can’t love a skunk,” they hum, “For the skunk is just a nuisance” We listen to their doubt And we sing a different song “Every creature needs one… Who will show a little care” We live for the little pink skunk We love the ones you hate So we give it its favorite snack For the pickles come from the pine
