Unworthy & Late
I am unworthy and late.
---
I am late to meet my fate.
---
I was supposed to meet up with fate about an hour ago.
Guess God had his own plans and changed the dynamic of the show.
---
Fate is going to be pissed and the next time we meet it won’t be a pretty sight.
---
I-I-I just can’t figure out why I’m still here I was prepared to die on that afternoon flight.
My life is like a tube of heavy mascara dark and smudgy.
---
But everyone wants to be in my shoes; everyone except me.
---
I’m disgusted, puzzled, stuck at a cross roads.
I’m looking North, East, West, and South.
---
Damn I wish my faith would’ve taken me out.
---
Out of my misery, I wanted to be taken out of my despair.
---
Instead, I am here with another life to spare.
Fate why didn’t you take me away?
Take me away from this sad world full of charades and dismay.
I guess in life you have to take matters into your own hands.
---
I am unworthy and late. I am late on completing my task.
Farewell to the bullies and everyone else that shattered my world.
---
I am unworthy and late for meeting my fate.
So goodbye to all because this time around I’d be damned if miss my date.
