The "Valiant Warrior"

I am a dreamer

I wished for adventure.

I used to run around the yard

Chasing off the evil guard.

I fought several opponents

All make-believe.

Until i ran into a bully

Who did what he please.

He picked on me since I was small

I was easy to scare.

But he pushed me too far once,

I became his worst nightmare.

That was my adventure,

I had so much practice

that the fight wasn't fair.

The bully was the evil guard

And I, the valiant warrior.
