by these PEOPLE
of whom I call FRIENDS

for the TEASING they CLAIMED was just
HARMLESS
MEANINGLESS
FUN
held a ringing TRUTH
They say their teasing isn't TRUE
but it seems to REFLECT my DARKEST feelings
about MYSELF that they
SHOULD
NOT
KNOW
The VOICES of my FRIENDS
have become the SAME voices
in my HEAD that CALL me
STUPID
UGLY
WORTHLESS
and SOMEHOW
the voices in my HEAD
and the VOICES of my FRIENDS
that SAY the
EXACT
SAME
THINGS
are different?
That the VOICES of my FRIENDS
aren't SINCERE in their TEASING
but it
DOESN'T
FEEL
THAT
WAY
But I LAUGH along with their TEASING
Because they don't MEAN it,
RIGHT?
That since they LAUGH at their own VOICES
that REFLECT my dark FEELINGS
I should not THINK that they BELIEVE those
DARK
THOUGHTS
ARE
TRUE
If they DO think that I am
STUPID
UGLY
WORTHLESS
Then their VOICES are not teasing
THEY
ARE
BULLYING
and they aren't my FRIENDS
Because FRIENDS should
SUPPORT
COMFORT
LOVE
one another
If the DARK voices in YOUR head
are the SAME voices of your FRIENDS
then they ARE NOT your friends
Surround yourself with those that
SUPPORT
COMFORT
LOVE
you because
YOU
ARE
NOT
WORTHLESS
you DESERVE to be
SUPPORTED
COMFORTED
LOVED
for the man that DIED on the TREE
did not die for us to HARM one another
He died SO we would
SUPPORT
COMFORT

one another
just as
HE
LOVES

so make YOUR VOICE full of

because you never KNOW

is the DARK voice
