When I Consider How My Life Is Spent

I reminisce on the things I've done. How we can struggle and be beaten up Kicked around and dragged down But then get right back up and live life once more. What a journey life can be. When all we think, rain is falling on me. We consider our choices and think too deeply. Feel too softly and dream too slowly Run, jump, skip and be merry. How we want to feel can be scary.. We are to be destined in our deepest desires. Not pushed around to be despised When I consider how my life is spent.
