Who Are You?

Who are you? Who are you to tell me who I am? How I’m feeling, what I believe Who gave you the right to label me, brand me, define me, When you can’t even define yourself Who are you to me? Who am I to you? I am “that person” The person that you label because they are different Because they are short, tall, fat skinny, black, white Because they are sporty, artistic, shy, or outgoing Am I the person you don’t want to waste your time getting to know because you accepted what others told you, Am I the person who will say something that will change the world? You can categorize me, you can stencil words on me that you think define who I am. Only, I am undefined. You will never be able to capture who I am with one word, But how about you try three, “I am me.” I am not you, or him, or her I am me Who are you?
