Who are You?

Who are you to judge me?

I want to be as free as an Eagle

Soaring across the skies…

Who are you to judge me?

I want to be able to talk without being called out.

I want to be considered normal

Who are you to judge me?

I am me, I’ve told you a hundred times

I am just as normal as the girl beside you

My heart gives a silent yell

All of your words so cruel…

Telling me to kill myself… but

I want to be here, if I wanted your input I’d ask

Who are you to judge…

I am confident, why do you have to bring me down.

I hear you laughing and talking about me,

I want to stop my fear, I want to be happy

But with you here it’s impossible

I feel depressed when I hear the things you say

I feel the pain, feel the hatred,

Maybe I should go, maybe you’ll stop…

But no, maybe I’ll pull the trigger, maybe I’ll hang right there in front of you

Why don’t you care?

Maybe my blood will drip down my wrist…

Maybe then you’ll see

Who are you too judge?

I cry all the time, but no one hears,

I see everyone happy and then that one girl says

“What’s it like?” “Why don’t you just try to be happy?”

I tell her, “It’s hard.”

Your body feels empty, the only sensation you feel is

That but a sting, “It’s like you’re drowning”

And you body grows numb…

Who are you to judge?

Maybe I deserve to be sad, but it’s the only things I’ve felt for years.

I’m going to change…

I’m going to be happy…

I’m going to be love..

Just wait you’ll see…

I’ll block out your words,

I’ll be happy

So who are you to judge…

Look at me aren’t I happy enough…

Am I good enough for you yet?
